This table includes only animals downloadable on their own or in smaller packs that do not require additional expansion packs. The Endangered Species theme pack was later released for anyone with the Dinosaur Digs and Marine Mania expansion packs but was released as a single unit and was initially available only as part of the Complete Collection compilation.

Note that the Endangered Species Theme Pack sorts its content variously between Zoo Tycoon, Dinosaur Digs, and Marine Mania filters. The pack is only officially offered as a single compilation, and therefore is listed as a bonus download for Marine Mania.

No others appeared on Downloads page (Missing Swordfish only packaged with certain copies of Marine Mania, Endangered Species Theme Pack, Ultimate Zookeeper).
